Privacy Policy

GeoRoar ("we") operates georoar.com. This policy applies as of the date you access the site and may be updated from time to time. Contact: hello@georoar.com.

What we collect, and when

If you run a free audit: the domain you submitted, its score, and a timestamp. The pages we fetch from your site are analyzed and then discarded. We do not store page content. Your IP address is held in server memory for up to 24 hours solely for rate limiting, then removed.

If you request a full report: the email address you give us, the domain it relates to, and whether you ticked the optional marketing checkbox. If you did not tick it, we use your email only to deliver that report, never for marketing.

If you buy a Fix Pack: payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep your email, the domain purchased for, and the order status.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no sale or sharing of your data with anyone except the processors below, and no data collected "just in case."

Processors we rely on

Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI processing — see below), our hosting provider (server infrastructure), and our email delivery provider (sending the reports and Fix Packs you requested). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

AI processing

GeoRoar uses a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to help identify your business type during the audit and to generate your Fix Pack corrections. When this happens we send only what's needed for that task — your domain, the business signals we detected, and relevant page copy. This data is used solely to process your request. We never send your site visitors' personal data to any AI provider.

Marketing emails

Sent only if you opted in. Every one includes a working unsubscribe link, honored immediately.

Your rights

Email us to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you, and we'll confirm within 30 days. EU and UK residents: our lawful bases are consent (marketing) and contract (delivering what you asked for). California residents: we do not sell personal information.

Retention

Audit logs (domain and score) are kept indefinitely as aggregate product data. Emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Order records are kept as required for tax purposes.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we update it here, and opted-in subscribers get notice by email.
