Terms of Service

By using GeoRoar you agree to these terms, which apply as of the date you access the site and may be updated from time to time. Contact: hello@georoar.com.

The service

GeoRoar audits publicly accessible websites for AI-search readiness and, for paying customers, generates suggested fixes (robots.txt, llms.txt, schema markup, copy suggestions). You may only submit sites you own or are authorized to audit.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise an honest, consistent, rubric-based analysis and professionally generated fix files. We do not promise that any AI engine will cite, rank, or mention your site. AI search engines are third parties we don't control, and their behavior changes without notice. Scores measure readiness, not guaranteed outcomes.

Payments and refunds

The Fix Pack is a one-time $99 purchase per domain, our optional done-for-you implementation is a one-time $999 service, and GeoRoar Monitor is a $19/month subscription, both processed by Stripe. Monitor can be cancelled anytime and stops at the end of the current billing period. If you're not satisfied with a purchase, reply to your receipt and we'll work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a refund at our discretion.

Acceptable use

No submitting sites you don't control, no attempting to probe internal networks, no circumventing rate limits, no reselling audit output as your own automated service. We may block abusive users.

Your responsibility for generated files

Generated fixes are suggestions. Review them before deploying to your site. Items marked TODO require your input. You are responsible for what you publish on your own website.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always governs, and continued use after changes is acceptance.
